Welcome to Lumiere Inn! By accessing or using our website and services (collectively “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Our Services

Lumiere Inn provides point-of-sale (POS) hardware, cloud-based SaaS platforms, payment integration, and related support services for retail, restaurant, hospitality, and logistics businesses

2. Orders and Subscriptions

  • Purchase orders for hardware are subject to acceptance by Lumiere Inn.

  • Subscriptions to our SaaS services recur per your selected billing cycle.

  • We may modify pricing or features by giving at least 30 days’ notice.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed via integrated payment gateways; we do not store payment card data directly.

  • Hardware returns are permitted within a specified window (e.g., 30‑day return on unopened items), subject to restocking fees.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable; partial refunds at our discretion.

4. License Grant

  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely to operate your business.

  • You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse our software or documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content—including software, designs, text, logos—is the exclusive property of Lumiere Inn or its licensors.

  • You agree not to use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without written permission.

6. Data Privacy

  • We collect and process personal data per our Privacy Policy, including data related to POS transactions and user accounts.

  • You authorize us to handle such data in order to provide and improve our Services.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g. data protection, financial services, PCI-DSS).

  • Do not misuse our Services by introducing malware, attacks, or facilitating fraud.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers (payment gateways, shipping, etc.). We aren’t responsible for external systems or any changes they make.

9. Warranties Disclaimer

  • We strive to deliver high-quality Services but offer them “as-is.”

  • We disclaim all warranties: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Services, or negligence.

12. Termination

  • Either party may terminate by providing notice if the other materially breaches the Terms and fails to cure within 30 days.

  • Upon termination, you must return or destroy all proprietary materials and settle outstanding payments.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Notice will be given via email or site announcement. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Islamabad.
